Salade aux "100" tomates

1 oeuf dur, haché 

2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive 

2 cuillères à soupe vinaigre de vin blanc 

1 petite échalote hachée finement 

1 cuillère à soupe de persil haché 

1 cuillère à café de moutarde 

1 cuillère à café de sucre 

Sel et poivre noir du moulin 

 

Mélanger tous les ingrédients. 

Verser sur les tomates. 

Mélangez bien et laissez 30 minutes avant de servir.

1 Ei(er), hart gekocht, gehackt

2 EL Olivenöl

2 EL Weisswein Essig 

1 kleine Schalotte, fein gehackt

1 EL Petersilie, gehackt

1 TL Senf

1 TL Zucker

Salz und Pfeffer, schwarzer aus der Mühle

 

Alle Zutaten verrühren.

Über die vorbereiteten Tomaten gießen.

Gut vermischen und 30 min. ziehen lassen.
